1. Who we are and how these Terms work
This website at drinkbliska.com (the Site) is operated by Gilded Spirits, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business in California (Gilded Spirits, we, us, our). These Terms & Conditions (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the Site and any products or services offered through the Site (collectively, the Services). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
Age Restriction: The Site is intended for persons 21 years of age or older. Do not access or use the Site or purchase products if you are under 21.
2. Alcohol sales, seller of record, and fulfillment
We promote and market Bliska Vodka. Orders are processed and fulfilled by Flaviar, Inc. and/or its network of licensed retailers (each a Licensed Retailer). When you place an order, you are purchasing from a Licensed Retailer, not from Gilded Spirits. The Licensed Retailer, not Gilded Spirits, is responsible for verifying age, determining product availability, collecting applicable taxes, and arranging shipment.
- Title and Risk of Loss transfer from the Licensed Retailer to you when the carrier picks up the order from the Licensed Retailer’s facility.
- Adult Signature Required: Delivery requires the signature of the recipient who is 21+ and presents valid government-issued ID. Carriers will not deliver to visibly intoxicated persons.
- Shipping Restrictions: Alcohol shipping is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. Orders are void where prohibited. Availability, pricing, taxes, and delivery timing vary by state. The Licensed Retailer (or checkout interface) will advise if your address is serviceable.
For order status, delivery issues, or returns limited by law, please follow the instructions in your order confirmation of the Licensed Retailer indicated on your receipt. You can always loop us at orders@drinkbliska.com so we can help coordinate.
3. Your account and representations
By using the Site or placing an order you represent that:
- you are 21 or older and not making a purchase on behalf of someone under 21;
- all information you provide is true, accurate, and current; and
- you will comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, resale, or legal restrictions).
4. Pricing, taxes, availability, and errors
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, delivery, adult-signature, and other applicable fees are shown at checkout. Despite our efforts, content may contain typographical errors or omissions. We and the Licensed Retailers reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders based on inaccurate information.
5. Returns, cancellations, and quality issues (alcohol)
Due to alcohol regulations, returns are limited. Licensed Retailers generally accept returns only for: (a) breakage or leakage in transit, (b) wrong item received, or (c) verified product quality issues, each reported within the time stated on your order confirmation (typically 5–14 days) with photos of the packaging and contents. If a return or replacement is approved, remedies are typically replacement of the item(s) or refund to the original payment method, in each case as permitted by law and the Licensed Retailer’s policy. Contact the Licensed Retailer identified on your receipt to start a claim; copy returns@drinkbliska.com and we will assist.
6. Age verification and compliance
We use age-gating on the Site and Licensed Retailers use third-party age-verification solutions as required by law. Attempted underage purchases are void. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block access for non-compliance.
7. Product information and imagery
We try to display products, labels, and colors accurately, but actual packaging may vary by batch or regulatory requirements. Vintage statements (if any), proofs, and specifications can change. If something is materially wrong with your order, see Section 5.
8. Promotions, subscriptions, and gift cards (if offered)
Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. If we offer subscriptions or automatic deliveries, we will clearly disclose renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and billing frequency before you enroll. Gift cards, if offered, are not reloadable, not redeemable for cash (except as required by law), and subject to expiration/fees only as permitted by law.
9. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to obtain alcohol for or deliver alcohol to anyone under 21; (c) interfere with security or integrity of the Site; (d) use automated means to access the Site; (e) infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights; (f) upload malware or harmful code; or (g) scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site except as permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property; limited license
The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos (including the Bliska name and monogram), and other content are owned by or licensed to Gilded Spirits and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
User content and feedback
If you submit reviews, photos, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy.
DMCA notice
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to: DMCA Agent — Gilded Spirits, Inc., 3524 Silverside Rd STE 35B, Wilmington, DE 19810, dmca@drinkbliska.com including: (1) your signature, (2) identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material, (3) contact info, (4) a statement of good-faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury regarding accuracy and authorization.
11. Third-party services and links
We use third-party services (e.g., Flaviar checkout, payment processors, analytics). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
12. AI tools on the Site
We may use artificial intelligence tools to help generate or enhance site content, product descriptions, or imagery. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed for accuracy and brand fit, but may contain errors. Gilded Spirits owns all AI-assisted content on the Site. Data used with AI tools is handled per our Privacy Policy and is not used beyond the purpose of providing Site functionality.
13. Accessibility
We aim to provide an accessible experience and are working toward WCAG 2.1 AA. If you have difficulty using the Site, email cheers@drinkbliska.com and we will help.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This disclaimer does not limit any warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under California law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gilded Spirits, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site or the products sold by Licensed Retailers. In no event will our aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gilded Spirits from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or violations of law.
17. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class waiver
Most concerns can be resolved by contacting cheers@drinkbliska.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree to binding arbitration on an individual basis administered by JAMS under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs interpretation and enforcement of this Section.
- Venue: Arbitration will occur in San Mateo County, California or by video/teleconference as permitted.
- Small Claims: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in your county of residence or in Santa Clara County.
- No Class Actions: You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions.
- 30-Day Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@drinkbliska.com within 30 days of your first use of the Site, stating your name, email, and your clear intent to opt out.
18. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law. Subject to Section 17, the exclusive venue for any action not subject to arbitration is the state and federal courts in San Mateo County, California.
19. California Proposition 65 warning

20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, dispute resolution) will survive termination.
21. Entire agreement; severability; assignment
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
